Change Maker Program Services

At Hearts of Gold we believe in holistic support and created our Change Maker program with both you as a leader in mind and your organisation. When you become a member of our Change Maker program you will have access to the following services:

Mentoring

We invest in organizations and their leaders through a membership that includes mentoring, goal setting, evaluation, and results.

Workshops

We educate and inspire Ecuadorian community organizations through workshops on empowerment and skill development.

Networking

We bring together leaders of non-profit organizations to socialize and debate social problems and seek solutions cooperatively.

Fundraising

Through the Global Giving platform, our partners can raise international funds & recieve specialized training in resource and donor management.

Capacity Building Areas of Focus

Programs

Encompasses everything that requires strategic planning, structure of mission, vision, values, formulating short, medium and long term performance objectives, new program designs, evaluation and monitoring of activities.

Marketing & Communication

In this area we seek that each organization has a marketing plan with the creation and display of communicational materials, that they have internet presence, access to websites, social network profiles, communication strategies and press release.

Fundraising & Donor Management

Provide support in the creation of a fundraising campaign, seeking alternative sources of funding, searching for donors and maintaining communication and donor recognition.

Volunteer Management

The organization must be open to collaborative work, welcome and incorporate the volunteer, assign performance roles, activities, establish meaningful relationships, two-way communication, feedback, provide formal training and create sustainability.

Reporting & Financial Transparency

In this area we train the management of governmental and financial reports and have clear accounting, bookkeeping, presentation of documents, financial reports on the management of funds, and financial projections.

Self-Care & Stress Management

This area is focused on the importance of knowing how to take care of oneself, with the objective of taking care of one's physical and mental health. With out taking care of ourself- we cannot take care of others.
